PAINTING PARTIES IN NORTHAMPTON, HOSTED BY SOPHIE

​A fun, creative, and stress-free way to celebrate your child’s special day. Every child gets the chance to create their own masterpiece to take home, while you relax and enjoy the celebrations.

The parties are designed to spark joy and creativity for children aged 6 and upwards.

Sophie will provide provide everything - materials, guidance, enthusiasm - so your child and their friends can enjoy an unforgettable experience.

WHAT'S ON OFFER:

  • A theme of your child’s choice.

  • A group painting demo tailored to your child’s age group.

  • A4 card and use of ready-mix paints. Age 11+ will use acrylic paints.

  • Provision of brushes, palettes, water pots, pencils, rubbers for use during the session.

  • Disposable table cloths are also included.

FEES:

£150 for up to 12 painters

A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date and the remaining balance is due at atleast 24 hours before the workshop takes place.

Where?

At your home or a hired venue. All we need is enough table space for the number of painters you’ve booked for.

How long?

Age 6-10: 2 hour bookings

(30 mins set up, 60 mins of painting, 30 mins to tidy away.)

Age 11+: 2.5 hour bookings

(30 mins set up, 90 mins of painting, 30 mins to tidy away.)

Anything else?

You might like to encourage guests to bring aprons or wear clothes that are suitable to get paint on.

Sophie has a DBS certificate and public liability insurance.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking & Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure the date.

  • Full payment is due at least 24 hours before the party.

  • Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is received.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 28 days prior to the event can be rescheduled to another date.

  • If Sophie has to cancel due to illness/emergency, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

 

3. Party Numbers & Age

  • These parties are suitable for 6 years and upwards.

  • There will be a maximum of 12 painters, including the birthday boy/girl.

 

4. Supervision & Parental Responsibility

  • Sophie will provide the activity and materials, but parents/guardians remain responsible for children’s behaviour and safety.

  • At least one parent/guardian must be present at all times.

 

5. Health & Safety

  • Parents must inform Sophie in advance of allergies/medical needs.

  • Clothing may get messy so we advise aprons or ‘painting clothes’ should be worn and are not liable for any stained clothes.

 

6. Liability

  • Sophie will take reasonable care to ensure a safe environment.

  • Sophie is not responsible for accidents caused by lack of supervision from parents/guardians.

 

7. Venue

  • The parent/ guardian booking the party is responsible for providing a safe, suitable space.

 

8. Behaviour

  • If a child’s behaviour is unsafe/disruptive then a parent may be asked to intervene or for the child to sit out.
