Hello! I’m Sophie
I'm an artist based in Northampton. Since graduating from UoN in 2020 with a First Class BA in Fine Art, I have worked of my collection: ‘Paint the Town in Colour’, which is a series of paintings capturing Northampton’s most iconic buildings and landmarks. Some of them are painted in alternative vibrant colours but I find the most magic in capturing a building when the sun has set and lights create an atmospheric glow.
The best thing is hearing stories of why people love a building; maybe it’s their favourite coffee spot, a first date with their partner, or somewhere they loved working. The paintings embody those special memories which is why many of them are available as prints, jigsaws and A6 cards to be treasured.
COMMISSIONS
Alongside creating the core Northampton collection, I work on commissions which often include
homes, wedding venues, businesses and the occasional pet portrait.

£350 - 30cm x 40cm
£480 - 40cm x 50cm
£580 - 50cm x 70cm
The above sizes are used as a guide for acrylic paintings on 600gsm Fabriano paper or on stretched canvas.
Prices could increase depending on the level of detail. Other sizes are also available.
